The Retrosound Motor-1DAB retro radio has DAB+ digital radio, FM/MW with RDS and AUX-IN 3.5 jack plug connection. The LCD display of the Motor-1DAB has 32,000 different colors, so you can adapt the lighting color perfectly to your oldtimer or youngtimer! The new push button operation is a real breakthrough in sound systems for classic vehicles and also has the flexible "InfiniMount" mounting system and control controller, patented by RetroSound. With this RetroSound you get the design of your classic and you don't have to miss modern digital media functions. An AUX input on the back of the device allows you to connect an external MP3 player, Smartphone or other external device's with a headphone output to play it back through the vehicle speakers.
With DAB+ antenna splitter:
If you want to install the Motor-1DAB retro car radio with DAB+ in your car and your vehicle still have a telescopic or rod antenna without an integrated amplifier, then use the DAB+ antenna splitter provided. This allows you to use this antenna for FM and DAB+ and avoid the installation of additional DAB+ antennas.

Any concerns that your H license plate might be in danger through the installation of a RetroSound car radio are unfounded. After purchasing the RetroSound Motor-1DAB radio you will receive the download by email where you will find a confirmation with the approval of the entire AKE working group (TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, Dekra, KÜS, GTÜ). This means that the RetroSound car radio, including the vehicle-specific panel and control buttons, may be installed in oldtimers with an H license plate or not prevent the assignment of the H license plate!

Connection is easy to set up and your device will be automatically detected and connected next time. All settings such as volume, music selection and play / pause are made on your external device. The Bluetooth receiver can be installed out of sight because it has no controls or buttons that need to be operated. Can only be used in vehicles and not in continuous operation.
