Integrated Bluetooth 5.0:
The BMW E46 radio has been upgraded with a Bluetooth module, allowing you to wirelessly stream music from your smartphone to the radio and play it through your car speakers. To enter Bluetooth mode, press the Mode button to switch to cassette mode, which is used for Bluetooth. Once playback is started on your external Bluetooth device, the music will play through your car speakers.
The sound quality is high, thanks to Bluetooth 5.0, and cannot be compared to a cassette adapter or transmitter.
Important: You can continue to use all the functions of this BMW Business Radio, except for cassette playback, which has been repurposed for Bluetooth.
